1. Subscription plans
Qartlo is offered as a monthly subscription. When you start a paid plan, you are billed for the full billing period at the time of purchase or renewal.
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Qartlo subscription plans and related payments.
Qartlo is offered as a monthly subscription. When you start a paid plan, you are billed for the full billing period at the time of purchase or renewal.
Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription and the applicable fee is charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it is not renewed.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. We do not provide prorated refunds when you cancel mid-cycle.
If you were charged due to a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a confirmed failure on our side that prevented you from using the platform, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
Any transaction or gateway charges applied by third-party payment providers are not controlled by Qartlo and may not be refundable even when a subscription refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version shown here always reflects the current policy, and continued use of Qartlo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
